This policy explains what information NearU Vending Services ("NearU", "we", "us") collects through nearuvending.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. It applies to this website only.
Who we are
NearU Vending Services is a vending services business registered in Kerala, India, operating from Door No. 613 B, All Saints Arcade, Chengolapadam, Mulanthuruthy P.O., Ernakulam, Kerala 682314. You can reach us at info@nearuvending.com or on +91 77609 88918.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us. That is normally what you type into the partnership enquiry form on our contact page:
- Your name and designation
- The organization you represent
- Your phone number and email address
- The location, location type, estimated footfall and number of machines you are asking about
- Anything else you write in the message field
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone instead, we hold whatever you send us through that channel.
Why we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to evaluate, agree and operate a vending partnership with you. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards them to our inbox as an email. If that service is unavailable, the form offers to open a pre-filled WhatsApp message instead, which you choose whether to send. In either case the message passes through that provider, and its own privacy terms apply to that transfer.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads; Google may log that request, including your IP address, as described in Google's own privacy policy.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server and security logs, which may include IP addresses, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the partnership conversation and for our business records. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@nearuvending.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is aimed at institutions and businesses, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
